Injection Piles (Static Pile Driving)

Probably the latest trend in pile installation in Malaysia at the moment. Spun piles and reinforced concrete piles can be installed where it was not able to be used before due to environmental reasons. 

Now you can drive piles next to existing structures and sensitive areas (eg. Hospitals, Oil Tanks) as there are no hammering, giving off noise pollution and vibration to the surrounding areas. We are able to drive up to 420T or more as required, with only the sound of a generator and some electrical and hydraulic motors going. It is clean and efficient.

Before in areas where spun piles and RC piles could be used but was replaced with bored piles or micropiles due to noise and vibration concerns, now with static pile driving there is significant cost savings when compared to Cast In-Situ piles.
